PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a printing blur, make the film thickness of a recess thicker, and reduce a breakage of wire by a method wherein on a paste shielding film supporting member, linear articles are arranged in such a manner that they are in parallel with a base plate surface, based on a linear opening, come into contact with the upper surface of the opening, and go across the opening, and at the same time, a pattern opening is made a through opening. SOLUTION: On a shielding film supporting material 6, a linear article 61 is formed in a manner to go across a plurality of linear openings 41 in the width direction. The linear article 61 on the shielding film supporting material 6 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and is arranged into a slit-form with an appropriate interval. The linear article 61 is arranged especially at a linear opening 41 for wirings, etc., and a linear opening for a ring pattern, etc., and supports a paste shielding film 5, but the linear article 61 is not arranged for a fine square or circular opening 43 of approx. 100μm or lower, and it is made a through hole. By this paste shielding film supporting material 6, a blur of a printing film is eliminated, the film thickness at a resess of the printing film becomes thicker. In addition, in an conductivity inspection for a heat-treated film, breakages of wires can be drastically reduced.
