PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for packaging whose bonding strength between layers is high compared with conventional laminate type packaging films, which can manufacture a packaging bag having high bag breaking strength, and in addition, prevent a thinned part from generating at heat-sealed parts even when an article to be package which is food, etc., such as a liquid soup, is automatically filled (die-roll-filling) in the bag. SOLUTION: This film for packaging is a film of a multi-layer structure wherein at least a surface base material layer, an intermediate layer and a sealant layer are laminated in this order, and the intermediate layer comprises a resin composition of which the mixing ratio ((A)/(B)) of a straight-chain low density polyethylene (A) and a high-pressure low density polyethylene (B) is 70/30-40/60. The component (A) is a copolymer of ethylene andα-olefin of which the number of carbon atoms is 4 or higher, and its MFR is 1-50 g/10 min, the density is 0.890-0.930 g/cm<3> , and Mw/Mn is 1.5-4.0. The component (B) has a melt tension of 2 g or higher.
