SOLUTION: A communication hole 14e is provided in a cylinder 14 of an ejection pump 12. When the depression of an ejection button 19 is released during the use, a piston 18 is returned by the urging force of a spring 17 to finally communicate the communication hole 14e with a cylinder chamber A, and the air is sucked from the outside through the communication hole 14e to form an air space in the cylinder chamber A.
