PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tuning for showing supercharging effect to prevent occurrence of cavitation by varying a sectional area of an intake passage where fluid from a reserver, etc., joins fluid fed back to the intake passage through a flow amount control passage. SOLUTION: In order for circulation from a bypass passage 38 to an intake passage 36, a valve 42 is energized by a spring 40 in the closing direction against the flow inside the bypass passage 38. The valve 42 is opened by the oil pressure inside the bypass passage 38 and the discharged oil is fed back to the intake passage 36. The pressure inside the intake passage 36 is adjusted as follows; a sectional area of the intake passage 36 is increased when the pressure of oil flowing through the intake passage 36 is small, and the sectional area of the intake passage 36 is decreased when the pressure is large. Pressure of oil flowing through the intake passage 36 is thus kept constant, so that tuning is facilitated at a joint part between the intake passage 36 and the bypass passage 38, for obtaining supercharging effect to prevent occurrence of cavitation. |
