PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wrapped type food, enabling to easily and efficiently produce the wrapped food represented by omelette. SOLUTION: This method for producing a wrapped type food comprises putting cooked rice 24 on a fried egg 22 fried on a frying pan 10, partially covering the cooked rice 24 with the fried egg end portions 26, 28 protruded from the lower portions of the cooked rice 24, applying the upper surface 32 of a dish 30 to the edge 14 of the frying pan 10, and subsequently turning the dish 30 and the frying pan 10 in the directions of the allows F4 and F3, respectively. Thereby, a skilled work for shaking the frying pan 10 and covering the whole portions of the cooked rice 24 with the fried egg 22 is not necessitated, and a time for producing the food can be shortened. |
