<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bedewing in a blower and the corrosion of blade in the blower by cooling the outer air at the exhaust side of the blower to a suitable temp. with a cooling tower and dehumidifying moisture contained in the outer air. SOLUTION: A heat radiating device 3 is connected with the exhaust side of a blower 1 and a cooling tower 2 for cooling the outer air is connected with the upper side of this heat radiating device 3. Further, a heater 4 is connected with the exhaust side of the heat radiating device 3 for heating at the time of the blower air temperature being lower than the absorption cooling in the blasting temp. For example, the contained moisture at 10-15 deg.C (under the atmosphere) corresponds to the contained moisture at about 38.5 deg.C under pressurizing to 4 kg/cm<2> , i.e., (the contained moisture at 45 deg.C is 15 g/m<3> under the atmosphere) (the contained moisture at 38.5 deg.C under pressurizing is 10 g/m<3> corresponds to the contained moisture under the atmosphere), and then, the cooling dehumidification can practically be executed with the cooling tower. In such a case, when the blasting temp. for cooling under pressurizing is lower than the temp. of the absorption cooling, the heating is executed with the heater 4 after cooling under pressurizing.</p> |
