PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit superior separation properties without generating a leakage even when a module is manufactured by laminating a sheet-like converged hollow fiber membrane without using a filling member by burying/fixing one of the ends of the membrane, with its opening retained, into a band-like thermoplastic resin and setting the thickness accuracy of the resin at a specific value. SOLUTION: This hollow fiber membrane sheet comprises a hollow fiber membrane 2 and a holding material 3 for converging/holding the hollow fiber membrane 2 in a sheet-like shape. In addition, the sheet has a band-like thermoplastic resin 4 formed on one of the ends of the sheet-like hollow fiber membrane 2 composed of each of the hollow fiber membranes 2 converged in such a manner that these membranes are arranged almost side by side and are spread like a single sheet. Further, the thickness accuracy of the band-like thermoplastic resin 4 is within±0.3 mm. The thermoplastic resin 4 to be used is various, e.g. polyvinyl acetate. When solvent resistance is especially required, the use of polyolefin is preferable because it is possible to manufacture a module at a low cost. Further the use of the resin whose melt flow rate if 1.5 g/10 min or more is preferable.
