<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air classifier by which feed powder containing 50 number % of particles of 20μm weight average particle size can be effectively classified. SOLUTION: Classifying edge blocks 23, 25 having classifying edges 17, 18 respectively can have their installing positions changed so that the shape of a classifying area 32 can be changed, adapted to specific gravity of crushed raw material, an object classifying point, and raw material feed velocity. The tip parts of the classifying edges 17, 18 have straight line parts, and a tip angle 'a' of the classifying edge 17 for fractionating into a medium powder group and a fine powder group is differentiated from a tip angle 'b' of the classifying edge 18 for fractionating into a coarse powder group and the medium powder group.</p> |
