PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the reduction in hot water temperature within a hot water tank in a time band where hot water is concentratively discharged to avoid the frequent discharge stop of hot water by stopping the water feed when the level within the hot water tank is lower than a prescribed level, and setting a discharge mode for allowing the discharge of hot water from the hot water tank for a prescribed number of frequency. SOLUTION: When discharge of hot water is highly frequently repeated, and the level of hot water is lowered to a level where a float switch 8 is switched from ON to OFF at the point of time the hot water temperature within a hot water tank 2 is lower than a prescribed value T1, a control device stops the water feed to the hot water tank 2, adds 1 to the count number of a built-in counter, and judges whether the count number of the counter is less than a prescribed value N or not. When the count number is less than the prescribed value N, the control device judges that the level of hot water is higher than the mounting position of a discharge pipe 5 so that hot water can be discharged in the next use (sale), and allows the discharging operation of hot water. On the other hand, when the count number reaches the prescribed value N, water feed to the hot water tank 2 is started. |
