PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove the coffee liquid penetrated into an annular groove by forming an annular stepped part extended to the inner edge on the contact surface with one end of an extractor body of a filter support, fitting an annular seal member to the outer edge part of the stepped part, and placing an annular member on the inner edge part in contact with the seal member. SOLUTION: A paper filter (filter) 6 is put on a filter support (support) 2, the support 2 is pressed to one end 1a of an extractor body (body) 1, and the one end 1a is pressed onto an O-ring 4 together with the filter 6 to seal the nipping part of the filter 6. After extraction of coffee, the filter 6 and the support 2 are separated from the body 1, and the filter 6 having the coffee grounds placed thereon is moved and disposed. At this time, an annular groove is formed by an annular stepped part 2a extended to the inner edge which is formed on the contact surface with the one end 1a of the body 1 of the support 2 and an annular member 5 placed on the inner edge part of the stepped part 2a, and the O-ring 4 is fitted to this groove. Since this groove is extinguished by removing the annular member 5 and the O-ring 4, however, the coffee liquid can be easily removed. |
