PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated decorative sheet which is hard to whiten at the times of embossing and heat-affixing, and is excellent in formability, low temperature impact property, surface smoothness, and colorless transparency, and of which other various kinds of physical properties are sufficient in actual uses. SOLUTION: For this laminated decorative sheet, (A) a completely amorphous polyester resin layer, and (B) a base material layer comprising materials of a polyolefin resin, a polyvinyl chloride resin, an acrylonitrile.butadiene styrene resin, an acrylonitrile.ethylene propylene.styrene resin, a methyl methacrylate.butadiene.styrene resin, polyethylene terephthalate or a completely amorphous polyester resin, are provided in this order. Or, a transfer foil is provided on the (B) base material layer comprising a material of a completely amorphous polyester resin. |
