PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely lower a window glass by manual operation when a vehicle is submerged to cut out an electrical system. SOLUTION: A power window regulator is equipped with an electric motor 9, a cable drum 10 for winding up and letting-off a control cable and a clutch plate 12 connecting in a power transferable manner between an output shaft 11 of the electric motor 9 and cable drum 10. A compression spring 13 providing urging force in the release direction for disconnecting joint between the output shaft 11 and cable drum 10 and a stopper 14 for preventing the clutch plate 12 from being moved in the release direction are provided around the clutch plate 12 in a detachable manner. |
