PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fulfill a connecting function by a frame, and also improve beautiful appearance by setting a value (b) in a color difference gauge of one color of a frame material to constitute at least the long side in a prescribed range, also setting a color difference from a solar battery part not more than a prescribed value, and forming a solar battery of a thin film solar battery using silicon as an active layer in a solar battery module integrally formed with a roof material or a solar battery module used by being arranged on a roof and a solar battery module having a frame on which the ratio of the long side to the short side is not less than a prescribed value. SOLUTION: In a solar battery module integrally formed with a roof material or a solar battery module used by being arranged on a roof, a laterally long type on which the ratio of the long side to the short side is not less than 2:1 is desirable. When a value (b) of a frame is 1.5 to 2.5 to a solar battery part and a color difference is within 8, an existent feeling of the frame can be eliminated. A solar battery is formed of a thin film solar battery using silicon as an active layer. |
