<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a malfeasant leaving preventive device for a parking car having high safety and reliability. SOLUTION: A locking plate is composed of a main locking plate 17 and an auxiliary locking plate 18, and the leaving preventive device for the parking car is constituted so that the main locking plate 17 is interlocked with a driving device while the main locking plate 17 and the auxiliary locking plate 18 are interlocked so that the auxiliary locking plate 18 is operated under a locked state or a released state when the main locking plate 17 is driven to the locked state or the released state by the driving device and the auxiliary locking plate 18 operated under the locked state can be operated under the released state by external force when the main locking plate 17 is driven under the locked state. Accordingly, the operation of the main locking plate 17 is not subject to an effect and the elevated locked state of the main locking plate 17 is maintained even when the auxiliary locking plate 18 is trodden by a tire and lowered, and the pushing-up of the car is also prevented, thus effectively obviating malfeasant leaving by the nonpayment of a charge.</p> |
