<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonwoven fabric excellent in heat-resistant shape stability, mechanical strength and elongation, and suitable as an asphalt roofing sheet. SOLUTION: This water-based resin composition comprises (A) a water-based polyurethane resin 300-5,000 eq./10<6> g in urethane group concentration, 0.2-1.5 dl/g in reduced viscosity, containing >=50 eq./10<6> g of sulfonic acid metal salt group and/or carboxyl group and >=0 deg.C in glass transition temperature, (B) at least one kind selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, starch and water-soluble modified cellulose, and, if needed, (C) a curing agent reactive with the component A and/or component B, and (D) a neutralizing agent.</p> |
