PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject stirrer capable of cutting a plant organ without damaging it and dispersing the cut organ, by installing cylindrical stirring blades arranged in parallel with a stirring shaft. SOLUTION: This stirrer is equipped with cylindrical stirring blades 3 approximately in parallel with a stirring shaft 1 through a fixing means 2. The stirring blades 3 generally constituted of two to ten-odd cylindrical bodies. Preferably the stirring shaft 1 and the stirring blades are vertically arranged from the upper part of a culture tank downward.
