PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject heater in which heat exchanger tubes are steadily and slidably supported to the supporting bracket and can be prevented from being locked by allowing the heat exchanger tubes to be freely supported by the supporting bracket without bush. SOLUTION: In a heater in which the heat exchanger tubes are arranged in the inner chamber, particularly in a low-temperature dry distillation drum, the structure is modified so that the heat exchanger tubes are freely supported without bush in the holes of the supporting bracket. In addition, in order to avoid the abrasion, when the heat exchanger pipes slide in the bracket holes, reinforcing elements (preferably at least several elements are made in half shells and/or slit sleeves) are preferably set on the heat exchanger tubes in the range of the individual holes. Further, this reinforcing element is about 8 mm thick, and has the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the supporting brackets, preferably 3-6 mm, particularly 4-5 mm thereby providing heater that can effectively transfer the heat to the waste products. |
