PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the recording of an image, the size of which is larger than the size of a medium to be recorded under a folded-up state by a method wherein an image to be recorded is divided into a plurality of divided images in response to the folded-up shape of the medium to be recorded and then the divided images are recorded onto the medium to be recorded in response to the folded-up shape of the medium to be recorded. SOLUTION: A desired recording information is divided by an information processing device as a host device into informations recordable at a printer part or a first recording information ranging from the left half part of the recording information to the part of the information including in a width D1 and a second recording information ranging from the right half part of the recording information to the part of the information including in a width D2. Next, a material to be recorded 14' is folded in two so as to print a first recording information on the left half surface 14'a of the doubled material to be recorded 14' by feeding the doubled material to be recorded 14' to the printer part. In this first recording information, the image in the information region indicated by the width D1 is recorded on a platen, which backups the material to be recorded 14'. Next, the material to be recorded 14' is reversed and then fed to the printer part so as to record the second recording information on the right half surface 14'b of the doubled material to be recorded 14'. |
