PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor drive device facilitating miniaturization, increase of performance, improvement of reliability, and standardization. SOLUTION: In this device, an inverter circuit 11, an inverter drive circuit 12; a CPU 13; a power circuit 14; a memory circuit 15; and a relay drive circuit 16 are contained in a single module. By arranging the inverter circuit 11 and other circuit part in a state to be thermally separated, an inverter drive signal outputted from a CPU 13 is accurately transmitted to the inverter circuit 11 and a power source having low distortion of an output voltage is feedable, the operation efficiency of a compressor is improved. Further, since the memory circuit and the source circuit are incorporated, realization of standardization is facilitated. |
