PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fire resistance and soundproofness by inserting a thermally foamed sealing material and an elastic body having a specific spring constant in an opening between a ceiling material, in which a rear end section is fixed onto a ceiling joist, and a wall material. SOLUTION: A floor material 10 on a floor is installed to a beam 13 through a floor joist 12 while a ceiling joist 3 and a ceiling material 2 are mounted on a strap 15 hung down from the carrying rod 11 of a ceiling, in which an end section is fixed onto the beam 13, and an exterior wall material 14 and a wall material 1 are set up on the outside and indoor side of the beam 13 respectively. A thermally foamed sealing material 8 and an elastic body 4, in which a spring constant is set in 1.0×10<6> (N/m) or less and which is formed in a hollow shape, etc., is inserted into an opening section 7 between the ceiling material 2, in which a rear end section is fixed onto the ceiling joist 3, and the wall 1. The sealing material 8 and the elastic body 4 are stuck beforehand to the ceiling joist 3 as required and workability is improved. Accordingly, a solid borne sound transmitted from an upper floor to an underfloor section can be interrupted by the elastic body, and the transmission of a heavy impulsive sound from the upper floor can be prevented, and the spreading of a fire can be inhibited because the sealing material is thermally foamed and the opening is closed at the time of the fire. |
