PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain assembly of a functioning part for preventing improper opening without requiring deformation, to simply and safely assemble the functioning part for preventing improper opening and also to surely exhibit function for preventing improper opening. SOLUTION: The hinge cap comprising a cap body 1 to be assembled to a bottle mouth cylinder and a lid 13 coupled with the cap body 1 via a hinge 18 is equipped with an engaging piece 3 in tight contact with a lower face of a finger hook piece 16 of the lid 13 in a closed posture state integrally with the cap body 1 via a break piece 4, while an engaging protruding piece 19 is provided on the engaging piece 13 and one of the finger hook pieces 16 and an engaging hole 20 is provided with the other piece 16, thereby allowing the hinge cap to be safely set by simple interposing operation. |
