PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach an optically solidifying unit to/from an inverted image mirror by containing a wavelength selecting mirror and a laser irradiating optical system and permitting the case of the optically solidifying unit for holding an optical fiber end to be freely attached/detached to/from the inverted image mirror. SOLUTION: The laser emitting and side of the optical fiber cable 2 is connected and the optically solidifying unit 4 incorporating an optical system such as a condenser lens, etc., is fitted to the ocellus inverted image mirror 5 by a fitting mechanism so as to be freely attachable/detachable. That is, an auxiliary unit 30 constituted of a pair of semi-cylindrical members 31 for pinching the cylinder part 5a of the ocellus inverted image mirror 5 and of the member 32 which is inserted from an upper part to the semi-cylindrical members 31 in a pinching state so as to executed fixing is used. The holder part 9 of the optical solidifying unit 4 is engaged with the receiving part 32a of the member 32 so that the optical solidifying unit 4 is fitted to the ocellus inverted image mirror 5 with the auxiliary unit 30. Moreover, a pin 15 is fitted to the receiving part 32a so as to execute fixing by screwing from a member 32 side surface. Thus, fixing is easily and surely executed. |
