<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a column and a handrail part even when a height of the column is low by fixing mutual connecting members by a horizontal directional machine screw by fitting a connecting member fixed to a handrail member and a connecting member fixed to a column upper end part. SOLUTION: A nut is fixed to the inside of a hollow handrail member 8, and a first connecting member 14 is fixed to the handrail member 8 by a machine screw 30 through a waterproof sheet 7. A machine screw 32 is screw fitted to a machine screw pocket 4A arranged inside a hollow column 4, and a machine screw 33 is screw- fitted to a machine screw hole 11A of a core 11 arranged inside the column 4, and a second connecting member 15 is fixed to an upper end part of the column 4. A projecting part 24 of the second connecting member 15 is superposed on the first connecting member 14, and a machine screw 34 is inserted into and screw-fitted to a hole 21 of the first connecting member 14 and a machine screw hole 25 formed in a projecting part 24 of the second connecting member 15, and the first and the second connecting members 14 and 15 are fixed together, and the handrail member 8 and the column 4 are joined together. Therefore, the machine screw 34 can be fastened by making a tool horizontal, and even when a length of the column 4 is short, installing work can be easily performed.</p> |
