PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a resin having the functions necessary for a stranded wire without affected by the disturbance condition such as a curing speed etc., of the resin, by impregnating a surface of a stranded wire with the resin just before the wrapping. SOLUTION: The overspeed of a strand material bobbin 1 is prevented by a brake 2, and a stranded wire 3 is wound on the bobbin 1 in advance. The stranded wire 3 fed from the strand material bobbin 1, is introduced into a resin impregnation tank 6 through a first pulley 4A and a first roller 5A. Then a resin 9 of which a temperature is controlled to obtain the optimum resin viscosity by a heater and a temperature detector, is made to be impregnated into the stranded wire 3. Then the stranded wire is guided to a center of a rotational face plate for wrapping 10 through a second roller 5B and a second pulley 4B, to be sent to a driving pulley 11 through a hole which is penetrated through the center of the rotational face plate 10. During this time, a wrapping tape 12 arranged on the rotational face plate 10, is wound on the surface of the stranded wire 3 by the rotation of the rotation face plate for wrapping 10. |
