PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the freezing of a regulator for compressed natural gas, and also prevent the temperature of the regulator from rising above that required for preventing the freezing. SOLUTION: A hot water passage 11 is arranged near a passage 24 provided with a pressure reducing valve 21 of a primary pressure reducing part A of a regulator. Cooling water for an engine is branchedly to circulate through the hot water passage 11. A hot water discharge pipe 10 is arranged on an outlet of the hot water passage 11. A hot water interruption valve 25 united with a temperature sensor is arranged inside the hot water discharge pipe 10. When the temperature sensor senses an outlet temperature of the hot water passage 11 more than the value required for preventing freezing, the hot water interruption valve 25 is energized for closing the passage.
