PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve engaging strength and to simultaneously prevent the large difference of connection pin detaching force even when the management of a fitting and tightening margin is loosened by making the wall near both ends of the connection pin of the groove-like recessed part of the connection pin almost vertical and providing the wall near the center of the connection pin with the inclination of a specified angle. SOLUTION: The outer diameter of this connection pin 3 is turned toϕ1.25 mm, the inner piece through-hole 21 of an inner piece is turned toϕ1.30 mm and the inner piece is made freely rotatable. The groove-like recessed part 31 for which the wall near both ends of the connection pin 3 is turned to an almost vertical locking wall 32 and the wall near the center of the connection pin is turned to a slide wall 3 with the inclination of about 45 degrees is provided on the intermediate position of the part to be fitted to an outer piece blind hole 11 of the connection pin 3 projected from the inner piece 2, the inner diameter of the outer piece blind hole 11 is set toϕ1.21 mm, the fitting and tightening margin is set to 0.04 mm and the connection pin 3 is fitted to the outer piece blind hole 11. Thereafter, the outer piece back surface 12 of the part relative to the groove-like recessed part 31 is pressurized and plastically deformed and a blind hole inner periphery engaging part 15 for engaging a part of the blind hole inner periphery part 11 of an outer piece 1 to the groove-like recessed part 31 is formed at the groove-like recessed part 31.
