Process for the independent stuffing of a variety of meat based masses in a single piece, of the type presented on the market stuffed into natural or artificial intestines, such as "chorizo", "salchichon", "salchicha", "morcilla" or other similar sausages, which comprises the stuffing, using one of the methods currently employed, of a first meat-based mass 1 into a natural or artificial intestine 2, in a first section or portion thereof, and the successive stuffing, using any of the methods currently employed, of the following meat-based masses 3 into the same intestine 2, in successive sections or portions adjacent thereto, with a single surface of contact between two meat-based masses 1, 3 which are adjacent, arranged after said first section or portion, until said intestine 2 is filled completely, and product obtained by means of said process. <IMAGE>
