The release unit consists of a housing (1) filled with balls (2) which act as a transmission medium for an effort, a hollow piston to receive the effort, and a release piston (6), with only one layer of balls between the inner wall of the housing and the end of the release piston. The housing is made from two horseshoe-shaped components, fitted one inside the ther and welded together to form an enclosed chamber made from just two basic elements. The end of the hollow piston has a seal to keep out dust and cement, and it is held in position by a return spring.
