The wheel locking unit has a locking seat body which can be brought up to the wheel, and a spring-loaded locking part (51) which can be moved out of the locking seat body and back into it to lock or unlock the wheel. The body has an upper plate (31) and a lower plate (32) with a longitudinal sliding recess formed between them. The locking part can slide in the sliding recess. It has a first position aperture (512) in the rear end. The locking part is preloaded for the unlocked position, in which its front end is in the recess.
