The invention applies to heating and ventilation systems intended for private houses or corresponding buildings in which the circulating heating air is heated by means of heat pumps 10, 20. At least one of the heat pumps 20 functions as an ice machine or makes water freeze to ice and produces heat for the heating and ventilation system. The other heat pump 10 recovers heat from the outside air. As an additional and reserve heat source in the system there is an electrical resistance 48, 49 by means of which the circulating air and utility water are heated. The heat pump 20 functioning as an ice machine is in operation only during the coldest period of the year. The ice pieces 32 rise to the surface 33 of water vessel 31, from which they are removed mechanically or by means of the lifting effect of the water. <IMAGE> |
