Process to recover the electrolyte and water discharged form electrolytic bath

Process to treat water which has been used in an electrolytic bath and containing electrolyte with metal ions is carried out using the following stages: (a) in a first stage the electrolyte held in the rinsing water is concentrated; (b) the concentrated electrolyte is returned to the electrolytic bath; (c) the water surrendered less electrolyte from the first stage (a) is processed in an ion-exchange assembly and is re-used as rinsing water. An assembly is also claimed.
