Bearing mounting for spinning rotor shaft of spinning machine

The bearing mounting assembly for the spinning rotor, of an open-end spinner, has a stationary bearing component (41) with a permanent magnet ring (42,43) formed by pole discs (44-46) on both sides. They are assembled so that equal poles (N/N or S/S) face each other. The rotor shaft (4) has an end bearing zone (35) with a smaller dia. (D) than the dia. (DS) of the rotor shaft (4). It has at least three ferromagnetic ring shoulders (32-34) at a gap from the pole discs (44-46). The inner ring shoulder (34), at the assembled rotor shaft (4), is at a gap (A) of 1-15 mm from the end side of the rear support disc (27) in the support disc assembly, and pref. at a gap of 4-6 mm. The dia. ratio (D/d) of the ferromagnetic ring shoulders (32-34) to the adjacent shaft sections (53) is 1.2/1 to 4.5/1 and pref. 1.5/1 to 2/1. The ferromagnetic ring shoulders (32-34) have a width (B,b) of 0.5-3.0 mm.
