Finned-tube block for heat transfer unit

A heat-transfer medium flows through tubes (1a,1b) in the block and which are mounted alongside each other in the transverse direction (S) of the block. Sets of corrugated fins (2) are mounted between adjacent tubes and joined to them, one double-fin unit at least (2a) having two fin units (2c,2d) alongside each other in the transverse direction of the block. Heat-insulating material (3) is mounted between the fin units (2c,2d). The latter can be of material which can be soldered, while the insulating material (3a) can be capable of being soldered and contain heat-insulated apertures (4). Spot-shaped or linear protrusions can be provided on one or both sides of the plate. The latter can have a heat-insulating coating on one or both sides, also devices preventing it from being pulled out from between the fin units.
