The frame element with three other straight frame elements (11,12) forms a groove (13) all round for a decorative plate. A small steel plate (14) in the form of a right-angled triangle with legs (15) of equal length and each at right angles to the hypotenuse (16) has a pin (17) extending along the plane of the metal plate. Each leg has up to four equidistantly spaced apart pins which are integral with the metal plate. The triangle surface of the metal plate protruding out of the groove has an opening (18) for a tool to go through.
