The turbine can create renewable energy. It is fitted to a horizontal shaft (1). The turbine and generator are in a body which can be adjusted horizontally. The baseplate (2) is on the back of the shaft, perpendicular to it. It has a barrier in the form of a circular saw with eccentric arc projections extending radially from the circumference of the turbine and forming the base for jets (6) with synergetic flow set with gaps against the wind. The interior of the turbine acts as a wind collector.
