Control of web material production

摘要

To determine a two-dimensional variation in a web material, as it is being produced, at least one web characteristic is measured across the whole web width, to give a two-dimensional measurement function. A series of elementary basis functions is selected, and the two-dimensional measurement function is folded with the elementary basis function to give a two-dimensional variation representative of the web.
