Torsion oscillation dampener e.g. for vehicles

The torsion oscillation dampener receives loads from an input element and a load output rotating element aligned on the same axis. The two elements are joined by an energy storage unit i.e. a dampener with torsion springs. The torsion spring surrounds and grips against a stiffening element over part of its length. There is a difference in diameter between the stiffener outer face and the spring in contact with the stiffener which limits and regulates the freedom of movement of the spring over the stiffener.
