MAYONNAISE PREMIX AND PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION THEREOF

A mayonnaise premix enabling a consumer to prepare mayonnaise by adding an egg component to the premix and stirring the resulting mixture, which comprises a vegetable oil, an edible vinegar, an emulsifying agent (exclusive of yolk), seasonings (exclusive of edible vinegars) and spices as the essential components and which is stored in a container in an oxygen-free state. Consumers can easily prepare mayonnaise at the time of use by adding a fresh egg component to the premix, and the egg component can be selected from among whole egg, yolk and egg white in accordance with their liking.
