The coding data generator includes first and second state converters, whereby the second state converter drives the first state converter in a feedback operation. Preferably, the generator has a series of state converters including a first and a last converter. Each state converter drives the next converter in the series in a control mode. The last converter drives the first converter in a feedback operation. Each converter may drive itself and each of the other converters. Preferably, an exclusive OR gate is used for combining coding data.
