The expander sleeve is in the form of an outer sleeve (2). It contains an inner, shorter sleeve (3) made of different material. The outward-bent expander arms of the inner sleeve have holes in them and protrude beyond the front end of the outer sleeve. Protuberances (12) on the outer sleeve act as stops for the inner sleeve. The expander arms of the inner sleeve have lugs (16).
