Retrovirus of the HIV-group and its application

摘要

HIV-type retrovirus called MVP-5180/91 (ECACC V 92092318) is new. Also claimed are: (1) cDNA complementary to at least part of the RNA of MVP-5180/91; (2) recombinant DNA containing the cDNA of (1); (3) an antigen produced using the cDNA of (1) or the recombinant DNA of (2) or using the amino acid structure that can be deduced from the cDNA; (4) an antigen prepared from MVP-5180/91; and (5) RNA coding for MVP-5180/91.
