The implant has an open ended tube, a deformable flange at one end of the tube, a plurality of spikes extending from the flange, alongside and generally parallel to the tube, and a locking ring arranged to slide axially on the tube, the locking ring incorporating a plurality of holes aligned with and adapted to received the spikes.</p> |
