摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To restrain hunting in angle control of a looper by setting an output torque to fix a tension between stands nearly when a measured angle of the looper does not reach a set angle and setting the measured angle within specific times the set angle when it exceeds the set angle. CONSTITUTION:The angle control of the looper and the tension control between the stands to control a torque of a motor 7 to drive the looper 6 are executed.
