<p>PURPOSE:To restrain hunting in angle control of a looper by setting an output torque to fix a tension between stands nearly when a measured angle of the looper does not reach a set angle and setting the measured angle within specific times the set angle when it exceeds the set angle. CONSTITUTION:The angle control of the looper and the tension control between the stands to control a torque of a motor 7 to drive the looper 6 are executed. When the measured angle of the looper 6 does not reach the set angle of the looper, the output torque of the looper is proportioned nearly to a measured angle of the looper and the output torque is set so that the tension between the stands by the looper is nearly fixed value. When the measured angle of the looper exceeds the set angle of the looper, the looper output torque when the measured angle of the looper is equal to the set angle is used as a reference value, the output torque of the looper 6 is set within 0.8-1.2 times the reference value from the reference value as the starting point nearly in a straight line and continuously. Consequently, the generation of the high tension which is the cause of hunting is restrained.</p> |
