<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an operator to easily fetch information corresponding to a request in plural production processes by transmitting raw information or message groups where raw information is properly classified to the data transmission network of a network. SOLUTION: Raw information from respective production processes are permitted to flow in a bus 12. At this time, raw information is classified into the message groups through a message group classifying means and the message groups are transmitted to the bus 12. When trouble occurs during work, access is directly performed to the bus 12 for investigating the cause so as to fetch required raw information so that not only work in a job site is unnecessitated by also required information is obtained even at the time of being apart from the job site. A terminal 40 is provided with a message retrieving function and a message binding function and new work information is generated based on raw information. Thus, a temporary countermeasure is quickly obtained.</p> |
