PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a resin protective layer on a reflection layer containing noble metals by forming a layer of a material selected from nitrides, oxides, fluorides, carbides and sulfides between a reflection layer containing noble metals and a protective layer comprising a resin material. SOLUTION: As a material layer 6, nitrides such as GeN, SiN, AlN and TiN, oxides such as SiO2 and Ta2 O5 , fluorides such as CaF2 , carbides such as SiC, sulfides such as ZnS, and mixtures of these such as ZnS-SiO2 are used. Since the material layer 6 acts as an adhesive layer to form a protective layer 7 on the reflection layer 5, the layer 6 is preferably formed as an extremely thin film which does not change optical characteristics and thermal characteristics of the multilayered structure, and formed to at most 30 nm, preferably about 10 nm thickness. Thereby, the protective layer 7 can be formed by applying a resin having low viscosity on the material layer 6 on the reflection layer 5 containing noble metals without changing the optical and thermal characteristics. |
