PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an illegal act to an on-vehicle equipment and to attain an appropriate counter measure for that. SOLUTION: When an on-vehicle equipment detects that an illegal act is executed on this on-vehicle equipment, for example, an illegal open detection means 36 detects that a case of the on-vehicle equipment is illegally opened, this on-vehicle equipment is made not to usually execute communication with a road equipment 60. A processing is executed, for instance an illegal flag is set or data necessary for communication with the road equipment 60 are deleted. With regard to the on-vehicle equipment such as this, it is made possible to attain restoration by using a restoration device such as an onvehicle equipment programmer. |
