PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillatory angular speed sensor having both a vibration- proof function for preventing an oscillator from being vibrated externally and a buffering function for protecting the oscillator against damage due to an external impact. SOLUTION: A sensor part 20 encased in a case 10 comprises an oscillator 21, and a board 22 for supporting the oscillator 21. The board 22 is fixed with four columnar vibration-proof parts 52 made of a resilient material through a board supporting part 51 and the sensor part 20 is supported by the vibration- proof parts 52 while floating from the case 10. In the shearing direction, i.e., x-axis and y-axis directions, of the vibration-proof part 52, projecting parts 51c, 51d are formed on the board supporting part 51 through air gaps L3, L4 having a predetermined spacing with respect to the inner wall 11 of the case 10. |
