PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate processing speed by eliminating the occurrence of spurious interference and further decreasing the execution step number of a control program, when outputting a desired output frequency. SOLUTION: At an oscillator 21, an intermediate output frequency f (VCO1) outputted from a phase synchronizing oscillation circuit 22 is frequency mixed with an intermediate output frequency f (VCO2) outputted from a voltage- controlled oscillator(VCO) 27 of a PLL circuit 30 by a mixer circuit 28, so that a carrier frequency f(TX) can be outputted. From the VCO 27, the intermediate output frequency f (VCO2) is outputted, so as to compensate for the frequency difference of carrier frequency f (TX) and the intermediate output frequency f (VCO1). In such a case, when outputting the desired carrier frequency f (TX), respective frequency-dividing ratios n1 and m1 of frequency divider circuits 31 and 32 are arbitrarily set, so that the intermediate output frequency f (VCO1) can become an arbitrary frequency by a CPU 37 and it is sufficient to set respective frequency-dividing ratios n2 and m2 of frequency divider circuits 23 and 24, so that the carrier frequency f (TX) becomes a desired frequency. |
