PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material for tire and its manufacturing method by which the productivity of tires can be improved, and defective products can be prevented from developing. SOLUTION: A raw material of specified dimensions made of rubber having a circular cross section for the forming of an apex, is formed. While the raw material is being pressed by fitting rollers 7, 7, a Quonset hut-shaped apex 2 comprising a first portion 3 of which the cross section is square or rectangular, and a second portion 4 which is integrally connected to the external surface side of the first portion 3, and of which the cross section is semi-circular, is formed. By this method, the apex 2 is affixed on a bead core 1. |
