PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain laminated plates that have excellent thickness accuracy, high interply adhesion between the surface layer and the interlayer, shows good punching quality through simplified production process with cost reduction attained. SOLUTION: The process for producing the objective composite prepreg comprises the step that a continuous glass fiber base material 1 of which one or both face(s) are fiber raised with a thermosetting resin containing inorganic filler on the raised face(s) and the step that another glass fiber base material of which one or both face(s) are fiber-raised is laid on the resin-coated face so that the fiberraised face may come inside.
